Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our pricing and platform
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access runs to the end of the year you have paid for. Billing is annual, so there is no monthly charge to stop.
Which ages does the library cover today?
Ages 7 to 9 — Years 2 to 4 — across maths, English and Islamic studies, as one integrated path. Other bands are being written, and we would rather tell you what exists than what is planned.
How many children can use one account?
Up to six, on the one home-educator subscription. There is no per-child charge.
Who checks the Islamic content?
Every lesson that makes an Islamic claim is reviewed before it can reach a child. Until it is approved it stays invisible in the app, not merely unlisted.
Why annual rather than monthly?
Because it is honest about what this is: a year of a child's learning. It also keeps the price lower than the monthly equivalent would be.
What do schools get for the onboarding fee?
Setting your school up and training the teachers who will use it, once, in the first year. The subscription itself is flat for the whole school — it does not change with pupil numbers.
